These terms cover the Halo iPhone app and optional Halo AI, including Halo AI paid on the web. This page is the public URL for App Store Connect.

You must be 13 or older. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide disputes. Rights that the law says cannot be waived still apply.
Halo is a paid longevity companion over Apple Health. The App Store price is about £1 / €1 / $1, depending on the store.
Halo reads Apple Health on this device, scores readiness, sleep, activity, and a wearable pace of aging, and lets you log meals, tags, and notes. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
Halo AI is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription at about £2 / €2 / $2, depending on the store. It unlocks cloud Coach, plate reading from a meal photo, and a daily note from Health.
On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The current period is not refunded.
On the web, Halo AI is £2 per month, charged by Stripe to a card. It starts immediately. Cancel future renewals at https://riri.ink/halo/ai before the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. That period is not refunded. On iPhone, Halo AI is an Apple subscription only.
On-device scores and on-device Coach rules stay available without Halo AI. There is no riri.ink account.
Halo AI is for personal use. Cloud Coach is limited to about 40 replies per hour. Meal photos are limited to about 20 per hour. We can pause cloud access if use looks automated, shared as a service, or abusive. On-device rules stay.
Health samples stay on this device. When Halo AI is on, a compact 90-day score summary and meal photos go to riri.ink and then to DeepSeek so Coach and plate reading can answer. See the privacy policy.
